Yes, you can tuck your t-shirt in.
Normally, I wear untucked if wearing with jeans, shorts, etc., but tucked with dockers, slacks, etc.
It can also depend on the t-shirt, wear logo shirts (anything with letters or design) untucked, but those with no such logos tucked (except again, never tuck with shorts).
